Originally from North Dakota, Brad made his way to the Twin Cities after graduating from the University of Minnesota - Moorhead with a degree in Graphic Design. Within a few years Brad felt drawn to business and entrepreneurship, so he pursued a career in real estate.

With more than 20 years of experience, there are few situations Brad hasn’t seen. Brad believes that all clients are best served when they work with someone that 1) cares about them, and 2) has the experience to successfully and confidently guide them through the real estate transaction process.

Brad continues to love real estate because he enjoys meeting new people and helping them navigate their real estate journey. He finds real estate is both fun and challenging, and few things compete with the satisfaction Brad feels when coordinating the sale of a home. He knows each home has a person whose story is attached to it. Buying or selling a home is often a very memorable experience and he is honored every time he is involved in that important milestone.

Brad and his wife have personally been investing in real estate for many years with two long term rentals locally and recently obtained their first rental vacation property in Cape Coral, Florida.

When not negotiating deals for clients or showing homes, Brad enjoys family time with his wife of 21 years, his two teenage sons, and two very energetic Yorkies. His hobbies include watching movies, photography, and visiting new craft breweries. Brad is also quite the grill master and is often reminded by his wife that he has way too many bbq smokers!
